Getting started is half the battle. Is it or is it really 90% of the battle? What do you think? Have you ever started an endeavor to find that it really wasn't as hard as you had made it in your mind? Have you ever counted yourself out of an experience before you started because you didn't think you could do it? Did this cause you any regrets? How about listing a goal of yours and then setting a timeline for completion? You don't necessarily need to be successful but you do need to make the attempt. i.e. apply to Harvard, enter a talent contest, apply for a job. After all....you can't win if you don't enter.
"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor, catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover."~ Mark Twain
"Risk more than others think is safe. Care more than others think is wise. Dream more than others think is practical. Expect more than others think is possible. "~ Cadet Maxim
